Motions to Brigade Council in the name of the Brigade Executive
The Brigade Executive propose the following constitutional motions for consideration at Brigade Council on 6th September 2008:
1) Brigade Constitution
To
adopt the Memorandum and Articles of Association as set out in Appendix
A as the constitution of The Boys’ Brigade, as approved by the Brigade
Executive and the Charity Commission, and that this shall be effective
from 1 January 2009
2) Brigade Regulations
To adopt the Brigade Regulations as set out in Appendix B with effect from 1 January 2009
The Constitutional Review Group have provided answers to some Frequently Asked Questions in relation to the documents and the ramefications of their implementation by The Brigade.
