Junior Leadership & Drill Grade 3 - Saturday November 1st 2003

Boys from the 1st Campsie, 1st Chryston, 2nd Cumbernauld, 5th Cumbernauld, 3rd Kilsyth, 1st Kirkintilloch and 1st Lenzie (23 in total) joined to take part in the above course. This years venue was in Kildrum Parish Church in Cumbernauld. The course was largely practically based and included leadership exercises, role-plays, simulation games, discussions and team building. As you can see the boys took the last one a little to seriously. It is hoped that the boys take what they have learned throughout the day and put it to good use back at their Companies. Looking forward to next years.
